Abstract


Face to the opportunities and challenges, how to optimize resources, improve enterprise’s economic operation, and control operating costs has become the key for enterprise’s development. As to thermal power enterprises, the thermoelectric system’s operating costs can directly affects the production efficiency and economic benefits.This paper starts from the real condition of thermal companies cost controlling problem, designs and implements the operating cost and efficiency monitoring system. The system establishes the platform of data collection, cost accounting, statistical reporting, data query and analysis which account for the main line. It provides effective information on the cost of production process, which provides a powerful tool for decision-makers, and comprehensively improve the enterprise’s production management and decision-making, which improves business efficiency.The work of this paper is mainly in the following areas:1. Take data from MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to provide reliable data source.2. Achieve Company-Company and plant-plant received international data dissemination capabilities to meet the thermoelectric professional specificity.3. Achieve a bottom-up shift→plant→company accounting model configuration.4. Achieve hour-run cost control.5. Implementation and MES integration.6. Achieve automatic shift data acquisition and automatic calculation.7. Calculated by the moving average function of calorific value of coal boilers.8. Calculated by the electricity cost, peak, flat, valley during the safety threshold degree.9. Flexible query and analysis capabilities, providing a powerful tool to optimize production.The operating costs and efficiency monitoring platform of thermoelectric system has its features such as online real-time, automatic and continuous, controllable progressive, simple and efficient. It integrates most of the effective information on cost and management, which can facilitate the leaders’on-site guidance, and finally enhance the company’s meticulous management level.
