Abstract


A personnel archive management and remote video query system based on the B/S model is designed and has been used in Qingdao Health Center. Information management for personal file can be realized.The system consists of two parts:archive information management and remote video inquiry.The personnel archive management is designed using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database, IIS6.0 (Internet Information Server) as the web server and Dreamweaver. The Brower/Server mode is adopted in the system, all kinds of business operation are finished on the basis of network environment by accessing database. This software application improves the quality and efficiency of work, reduces the consumption of paper materials, realizes the maximum information sharing in unit interior. The archives management’s requirement is analyzed in the paper, standard business process is built, function module is divided, operator Interface is designed. The function and structure of file information management system, set of hardware and software, configuration of database are determined on the base of research. The system development environment, security measure, operational process and test method are introduced in this paper. SQL database logical model and the transaction function, ASP technology, web database access technology of ADO and ODBC are illustrated in detail. The system function is divided into modules such as basic information management, query, personnel structure analytic, statistics, cost information, backup, log and so on.Remote video system is built on the base of Flash 8.0 software which applies network transmission protocol and realizes information transfer in Flash Media Server. By use of video sampling devices, the system samples the paper archives in real time, then transmits the sampled data to the clients. Flash Media Server’s construction features, Audio and video compression technology, Interface/protocol application and system development environment and safety problems are explained in point. The system has advantages in the aspect of safety and effectiveness.The system reaches the designer’s purpose and user’s reaction is good. It possesses extended value.
