Abstract


With the development of computer network and communication technology,e-commerce has been widely used in various fields and make the process digitized and networked gradually.The application of e-commerce has been changing the traditional methods on trade and demonstrates its unique advantages.Based on researching the ECStore program,the paper studying in the application of project management in e-commerce,by studying the theory in e-commerce project in depth and with the practical applicated process attached.The main contents are as follows:(1) In the aspect of theory,the paper researches the concepts, functions and features of e-commerce project management,based on the status and the analysis of it.Based on the previous study, deepen our understanding of applying theory in the ECStore program,then clear the construction goal and the significance of it.(2) The paper combines the theory of project management with the ECStore program to analyze the customers’s requirement,discusses the managerial solutions of the ECStore program.lt elaborates the e-commerce theory through any aspects:project planning,project management and practice,project quality management,project risk management.Then analyze and summed up the project planning.(3) Careful study of current methods in evaluating the project,the paper establishes the evaluation system according to its actuality.And it’d be to evaluate the ECStore program by the method quoting mathematics and introduces the effects of the project.(4) In the completed stage of acceptance,combining with the acceptance actuality, the paper analysis the project through three aspects such as product testing, product acceptance, product after evaluated.With the practical e-commerce application of ECStore program,thoroughly analyzed the positive significance and industry value of project management from different aspects.By studying the ECStore program,it helps learning the successful experience which can produce effective and valuable reference of e-commerce application for other companies.
