Abstract


With the development of our society, the highway network is becomingmore complex. Some foreign countries’ highway has no fees, or even thoughsome national highway charges, they basically doesn’t have the problem of pathidentification. The problem of path iden-tification is becoming more and moreincreasingly apparent, while the Guangdong Province interconnection charges isdepthly developing, and with the newly opened sections (bridge) continue to beincur-porated into a regional road network, there will be come up with multipleloop nested, making the complexity of path identification poly increase. if theproblem can not be solve by taking effective measures, the "fair, impartial,public" principle of interconnection charges will be bounded to shake. and affectthe further implement-tation. Then the healthy development of GuangdongProvincial Highway interconnection charges will be restricted. Meanwhile, theregions in the province now commonly distinguish ambiguous path by amethod combins by identify the station method and the shortest path (orMinimum fee amount)methods. Once a section and an identification station (ie,adding a loop) be added, the rate sheet increases from2.2to2.5times. if theold and new versions of rates is under consideration in the toll collection system,then the total rates of whole regions will exceed50million,and the capacity willmore than11Gb.Set there is160toll stations in Area, for each toll station ratesmay be over300,000.By the time, when the station increased, there will be verydifficult to issue (or import) rate sheet, the processing efficiency of the lane tollsystem will plummeted, and directly impact on the prevailing speed ofinterconnection charges and highways.
