Abstract


With the deepening of education reform, school effectiveness and school improvement are paid more attention by people, the cooperation of schools and communities has become era calls. In recent years, links established between schools and the communities have achieved certain result. However, how the two factors interact and cooperate to solve difficulties and problems as well as related theoretical studies are lagging behind. Practical observation, reflection and guidance are also lacking. In order to response to the needs of school-community cooperation, to combine education resources more efficiently and to promote the development of school and community construction, the problem of school-community cooperation is studied in this paper.This paper analyses the cooperation status of city schools and communities with Luoyang city as the example, this paper investigates the cooperation status of several local schools and communities by the main methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire and interview. Through the discussion of the purpose, content, ways, management and evaluation of cooperation, this paper analyses the achievement and existing problems and reasons of schools and community in the cooperation. In view of the existing problems in middle and primary school and community cooperation now, the author tries to put forward a series of strategies of school-community cooperation from practice level in order to promote and guide the active and correct cooperation of schools and communities, to make the school and community get true effective interaction and harmonious development. The strategies are as follows. Update the concept of school-community cooperation, perfect the mechanism of school-community cooperation, improve the ability of school-community cooperation and enhance the two-way interaction of school-community cooperation.
