Abstract


As an important information and knowledge storage, organization, analy sis, management, dissemination, transforming distribution center, library provides unlimited required reserves of information and scientific kno wledge for the community and the academic staff. Especially in the informati onal and knowledge-based21st century, the role of the library is even more i mportant.Universities shoulder the important task of training a new generatio n of talent needed by the society, but also the important base of scientific rese arch project, so the role of university library in the link of teaching and scient ific research can not be ignored. The university library provides the teachers a nd students with resources and literature of daily teaching and study, but also the obligation for other aspects of the auxiliary education and training. University Library services play a direct impact on the conduct of the teaching and research work, staff and students is a direct target of the University Library. Facing the different demands of social service groups and the continuous development of science and technology culture, libraries need to improve their level of service correspondingly, so as to make the librarianship better become a resource center of scientific and technological development in the future society, The service provided by the library is constrained by many factors, which determine the effectiveness of library services work, such as the degree of attention of the government and the school, including the input on the development of libraries, as well as the relevant laws and regulations, the construction and management of the library, the staff their own quality and the sense of service and other factors. As is demonstrated in one study, the role of Library services is played by5%from the Library building,20%from the literature, and75%from the quality of librarians. As a key constituent element of the library, librarians are the Library participants and executors of specific work, their ability in the literature resource collection, collation and information services play a direct impact on the overall function of the library. Human Resources in the composition of library resources is always important resource, the management of human resources in library has also become an important part of the work of library management and future development, so the author investigates library management from the perspective of human resources. The author through reading a large number of literature and the investigation and analysis of human resources in university libraries of Shanxi region, based on this, advances a Library human resource configuration model and the corresponding countermeasures comply with the demand of era.The paper mainly discussed from the following five aspects:The first part mainly to the current domestic and foreign university library human resources management and development of research work was summarized in this paper.The second part mainly discusses the basic theory about the university library human resources management.The third part is in the former two parts on the basis of the research on the university library human resources present situation in Shanxi Province, and carries on the summary analysis of results.The fourth part on the basis of Shanxi Province University library human resources present situation from the Angle of director of the university library human resources is expected to carry on the investigation and analysis.The fifth part is on the basis of investigation and analysis, proposes countermeasures and methods.
