Abstract


The modern enterprises are the knowledge-intensive sites, the driving force for sustainable development is innovation which is the tireless pursuit of a company. The basis of a enterprise business is precise types of knowledge. So it is particularly important to collect and manage the knowledge-based innovation for enterprises and utilize enterprise external knowledge.We live in the world are not scarce of knowledge. But for business, the real scarcity is the meaningful capability about how to use the knowledge. To implement the knowledge management is actually enhance the ability to use knowledge meaningfully to improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises.Knowledge management and knowledge engineering are new business management ideas and new concepts, knowledge engineering are based on the TRIZ theory and ontology theory. "TRIZ+Ontology" will form a modern innovation theory. TRIZ theory is based on the knowledge of the systematic innovation theory and methodology. Ontology is to achieve the basic theory of "new knowledge organization". These two theories are the combination of both and has the complementary advantages.This thesis focus on the content of knowledge management and knowledge engineering, introducing more detailes on the history of the development of knowledge management, knowledge of modern enterprise management status and describes the relationship between the knowledge, knowledge management, knowledge engineering and innovation. The case of the paper is to analyze the implementation of the Knowledge Engineering of S Institute. The goal is to prove that the knowledge management and knowledge of modern engineering is the business which rely on IT technology and it is the role of human-computer interactive effects. Then to implement the effective proposals and Preparation of implementation plan according to the successful experience in F company.Therefore, the implementation of knowledge engineering is one of the most important ways for business innovation of enterprises. It can give the effective guarantee on the healthy and sustainable development and innovation development by effective knowledge systems for enterprise.
