Abstract


Live and fresh agricultural products are the necessities of daily lives of residents, which have characteristics of frequent trading, susceptible to deterioration, strict storage conditions and so on. As the techniques of logistics and preservation in aspects of transportation and storage fall behind at the present stage, it caused a large number of agricultural products rotten, which not only harms the interests of businessmen, but also results in a lot of food safety hazards, and reduce the people’s living standard and life quality. China is a big country of agricultural production, and the development level of agricultural product economy restricts that of the entire socio-economic, as a result, the key issues to promote the development of agriculture economic are to improve the management technologies of logistics and distribution of live and fresh agricultural product, to reduce losses and transportation costs in the process of circulation. In this paper, supermarket chains are selected as oriented enterprises in order to construct a distribution system of live and fresh agricultural products, and realize developments of normalization and standardization of the entire system by means of the optimization of the entire system. It is a great significance for improvement of quality and efficiency of circulation of live and Tresh agricultural products and promotion of rapid and healthy development of Chinese modern agriculture.This paper analyzed the situations of domestic and foreign research on the distribution of live and fresh agricultural products and its corresponding optimization,and on the basis of synthesizing the deficiencies of existing studies, the research ideas were presented as follows, first of all, large supermarket chains were as oriented enterprises to construct logistics and distribution system of live and fresh agricultural product from farmers to supermarket chains to ultimate consumers, and the member relationships were analyzed in this system, and then learning from the existing distribution patterns of live and fresh agricultural product in domestic and foreign, the decision-making method was proposed for supermarket chains to select distribution modes; Secondly, the key aspects of the entire distribution system was optimized, which includes the location of distribution center, distribution route and inventory control; finally, the distribution system of live and fresh agricultural products was designed based on the optimization methods and models of distribution system. Based on the preliminary inquiry of logistics and distribution system, the system design with stand-alone function was conducted for distribution system model of live and fresh agricultural product, and it was expected that satisfactory schemes of logistics and distribution and effective parameters of system running smoothly were obtained by means of simulation, and further optimization of distribution system of live and fresh agricultural products was carried out to assist decision-making of logistics.
