Abstract

Hilbert-Huang Transform as a new signal processing method , in some ways there is insufficient EMD end issue is a tricky problem , this endpoint swing with all levels IMF decomposition error gradually spread to signal internally , causing the decomposition results VALID . EMD endpoint , the use the mirror extension method has the advantage , combined with the trend of the signal at both ends of waveform conversion , sine mirror and contemplated joint continuation method , the main idea of the method is to try to follow the signal itself trends extension , this method has both the mirror extension most of the advantages of signal with a certain degree of self- adaptive , papers verify the effectiveness of the method of simulated signals and actual test signal . HHT is also an effective signal feature extraction method, which has a wide range of applications in the vibration signal and underwater acoustic signal and seismic signals , but due to the Hilbert transform method there is error , therefore , be to analyze the results of an impact . This paper studies the energy operator based feature extraction methods , namely signal EMD energy operator instead of the Hilbert transform having the same feature extraction , and get the results of the simulation and actual test signal analysis that small errors. In addition, try to take advantage of the analytical signal marginal spectrum to certain characteristics of the signal information .
