The21st century is the era of the knowledge-based economy.If enterprise wants tohave area in the ever-changing market environment and uncertain technologicalchange,innovation capability is the determinants.As the carrier of knowledge,knowledgeworkers are increasingly becoming the organization’s core resources.The knowledge workshave mastered a high level of knowledge,the skills of a professional andtask-autonomy.The have become the key to organizational innovation and the cornerstoneof enterprise’s constantly growth,development and everlasting.The way to promote theformation of active Innovation consciousness and the implementation of innovationbehavior have become important issues to be solved by the organization managers.POS(perceived organizational support) emphasizes the employees’ faith that theorganizations treat them loyally.It breaks the shackles of staff--employee unilaterralcommitment.Besides,psychological capital has gone beyond human capital, socialcapital,and has become a new channels for organizations to gain competitiveadvantage.Studies have shown that the investment to staffs’ psychological capital candevelop positive state,inspire staffs’ innovative potential.Related theory suggests employeeinnovation behavior is an important outcome variables of perceived organizational supportand psychological capital.Also,organizational support and psychological capital are theexternal and internal influence factors of employee innovation behavior.Therefore,thispaper study that perceived organizational support influence employee innovation bychanging the level of psychological capital.We hope that the conclusion will be the benefitto the management practices of knowledge works’ innovation-promoting.At the first,we reviewed the theory of perceived organizational support,psychologicalcapital and employee innovation behavior,clarified the various dimensions of the perceivedorganizational support,psychological captain,and proposed this analytical framwork andhypotheses of this thesis.Next,we tested the proposed research hypotheses with open-endedquestionnaire survey,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regressionanalysis.We have the consequence as follows: 1.The various dimensions of perceived organizational support have a significantlypositive impact on the employee innovation behavior.The higher work-support andvalue-recognition,the more innovation behavior.The interest-concern has no significanteffect on innovation behavior.2.The various dimensions of psychological captain have a significantly positiveimpact on the employee innovation behavior.The dimensions of self-efficacy and hopehave a significant positive impact on the employee innovation behavior.3.Psychological captain is the mediating variable of perceived organizational supportand employee innovation behavior.Work-support and value-recognition have asignificantly positive impact on employee innovation behavior through psychologicalcaptain.Only through psychological captain, the impact of perceived organizational supporton employee innovation behavior can play better.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in three aspects:(1) Psychologicalcaptain is viewed as an mediating variable to explore the relationship between perceivedorganizational support and employee innovation behavior, providing new perspective forthe study of them.(2) Based on the theory of perceived organizational support and guidedby the theory of positive psychology,we research the factor and countermeasure that affectknowledge works’ innovation behavior,providing reference to promote.(3) Build aconceptual model of perceived organizational support and innovation behavior ofknowledge workers, enrich and deepen the study of perceived organizational support viaempirical research.Considering that the data collection is based on a specific moment of horizontalresearch method and the sample lack of numbers and areas especially in less developedareas, some deficiencies may be exist, which should be improved in the future research.
