Abstract


Postal delivery network as a China post of the core competitive ability is by postal physical delivery features a decision. Postal delivery is the last link of production, is the production of the "last mile", delivery service quality directly affect the quality of the postal service customers on the final evaluation. With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the postal business scale has rapid growth, delivery service scope and delivery pressure further increase. Postal delivery network construction, the deficiencies are affecting the postal delivery service ability and improve the quality of our service, restricted the postal business further development. How to speed up delivery network construction, optimize business processing process and improve commercialized, personalized delivery service ability and build a can effectively support the business development, with strong market competitiveness service platform is postal department at all levels of the problem to be solved.This paper is divided into chapter 8, the first chapter for the introduction, the thesis points out that the background, significance and the main research work and content; The second chapter of this paper is the process management theory and the core competitive power of the relevant contents of theory expounded; In the third chapter of China post competition environment, based on the analysis of the core competitiveness of postal were briefly analyzed, and specific to ZiBo postal, ZiBo postal delivery network to the organization mode of the business process and the details of the existing problems are analyzed; The fourth chapter is mainly to the postal delivery network flow optimization scheme of the basic idea, the goal and overall architecture describes; The fifth chapter of ZiBo postal delivery network basic business process optimization research; The sixth chapter of ZiBo postal delivery network focus on supervision and monitoring system construction is optimized; Chapter 7 is delivery network flow optimization scheme of implementing the security measures discussed; Chapter 8 conclusions.This paper briefly analyzes the postal competition environment, use of core competitiveness theory and the theory of value chain corresponding postal delivery of core competitiveness is analyzed.
