Abstract


Since the beginning of the reform and opening up in our county, the non-public enterprises after morethan30years of rapid growth, has become an important strength in driving the private investment,increacing the employment channels, promotting economic growth, optimizing the ownership structure,acceleratting the process of urbanization and industrialization. However, with the transformation of theeconomic development pattern and the changes of internal and external circumstances under the newsituation.,non-public enterprises faces new challenges. In this context, What are the main factorsinfluencing the growth of non-public enterprises, what should the non-public enterprises do in order toguarantee its healthy growth,these has become an urgent problem in the filed of non-public enterprisesmanagement theory.The paper firstly summarizes the reserch status at home and abroad about the enterprises growth, thenon the basis of previous studies, analyzes the related theory of the non-public enterprise growth, analyzesthe characteristics and the growth motivation of the non-public enterprises. Rent-seeking of resources is theendogenous motivation in the growth of the enterprises, uncertainty of resources exists is the exogenousopportunities in the growth of the enterprises. Non-public enterprises as part of the social subsystem, mainfactors affecting its growth is divided into two aspects of external and internal factors.Specific speaking,the external factors include: enterprises financing difficulty, Market access system is not perfect, Theinternal factors include: enterprise system lag behind, Strategic management system is not complete, theabsence of self-innovation capacity, the lack of customer value oriented market innovation, Corporateculture does not match the corporate strategy,the lack of corporate social responsibility. The externalenvironment puts forward new requirements to the non-public enterprises growth in the new period. Fromthe point of government policy, enterprises growth should comply with the requirements of thetransformation of the mode of economic development, ecological civilization construction and build anupgrade version of the Chinese economy; From the point of foreign trade environment, enterprises growthshould accord with the requirement of participation in international competition and social responsibility.Based on the analysis of the main factors influencing the non-public enterprises, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions: Non-public enterprises should actively participate in building China’s economy,have the courage to respond to challenges posed by economic upgrading effectively promotetransformation and upgrading of enterprises; While effectively promote the enterprise transformation andupgrading, achieve healthy growth. Enterprises should be effectively solve the financing difficulties,perfect the enterprise market access system, establish and perfect the modern enterprise system,strengthenthe enterprise strategic management, cultivate and improve the enterprise independent innovation ability,set up the market mechanism based on customer value innovation as the guidance, build reasonable normsof corporate culture, build corporate social responsibility system, Through the implementation of thesestrategies to promote the growth of the enterprise. In the end, the paper also predicate the possibledevelopment in the future in this field.
