Abstract


China become a member of WTO and with the growing trend of economic globalization, thegrowth rate of China keeping up with10%every year. Today, the world is an opening world, theeconomic globalization is an inevitable trend of world economic development. AT the gate ofeconomic globalization, the reform and opening must continue, and the strength must continue toincrease, to meet the opportunities and challenges brought by the economic globalization.After the reform and opening, the coastal areas export-oriented economy developed quite fast,while the western region is relatively backward. To narrow the gap between the west and the east,our country have implemented a balanced development strategy, unbalanced development strategyand coordinated development strategy. West Triangle, the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone forthe development of Chongqing City, provide a good environment for economic development,President Hujintao had put forward of Chongqing to build a western region of an important growthpole. After the financial crisis, domestic demanding based on the consumer-driven mode makes thecentral and western regions naturally become a hot spot for investment and developmentopportunities. Seize the opportunity of the eastern industrial transfer during the background offinancial crisis, and actively create a favorable environment for industries to undertake, the exploreChongqing inland opened economy has a positive significance. In short, Chongqing, as the onlymunicipality in the western region not only has the policy support has the advantage of economicdevelopment.Development of inland opened economy compared to opened economy in coastal areas in someway only regional differences. The development of inland opened economy to rely onself-circulation only is rest on our laurels, the development of inland opened economy must proceedfrom its own endowment, through policy support on the basis of existing advantages, factor incomeenhancement and system innovation to seek power to boost the economic development ofChongqing city.This study is based on the theory of comparative advantage, the opened economy, the theory ofcompetitive advantage, the theory of growth pole, based on the theory of balanced and unbalancedgrowth, combined with the actual situation of Chongqing City through factor of developmentanalysis, development of strategic research, policy level support development of inland openedeconomy in Chongqing. First of all, to the inland opened economy theory lay the foundation for this study, as distinct from the opened economic development of coastal areas. At The same time, by thedescriptive analysis of Chongqing Economic Development, the development of opened economyopenness and open-door policy indicators selected to reveal why the opened economy openness solow. Second, by learning from the typical national and regional opened economic developmentexperience, combining with the conditions of Chongqing, to explore the economic development ofChongqing city. Again, the Chongqing opened economy development strategy, focusing on departurefrom the strategic objectives and strategic priorities of economic development, the study of leadingindustries of Chongqing by empirical methods, and according to give priority to the development ofstrategy of the leading industries. Finally in order to ensure the development of the opened economy,by the strategic policy level and operational measures come up with targeted strategies and ideas.
