Abstract


After several years of dormancy, the global financial crisis gradually bottom out. At the same time, global warming, climate disasters, animal mass death and a series of environmental problems but also sounded a warning to the people, urging people to reflect on their economic behavior and to seek a new model of economic growth. Thus, in the post-crisis era, the development of low-carbon economy has become global human consensus. Finance as the core of the economy, in the development of low-carbon economy plays an important role in green credit, carbon finance and other financial emerged as the representative of the green. However, there is the development of green finance still in its infancy, with the largest country in the international status of the carbon emissions is extremely inconsistent with the seller. Therefore, under the framework of a low carbon economy is not only China's financial innovation has profound theoretical significance, but also has important practical significance. This innovation is the issue of climate change is not in itself a foothold, but from green finance, analyzes China's current development status of green finance and the problems in the bank credit adjustments, financial product innovation, carried out some useful exploration . On this basis, this paper discusses the micro and macro level in advancing our green finance and low-carbon economic development opportunities and challenges faced, and how to deal with the challenges, overcome difficulties and obstacles. This paper is divided into seven sections: Chapter 1: Introduction. Describes the background and significance of research on low-carbon economy in China under the framework of financial innovation and application of international research, ideas and methods of this study and possible innovations. Chapter II: low-carbon economy framework outlined. This chapter details the generation of low-carbon economy and meaning, explains the development of low-carbon economy of international trends and China's economic transformation to a low carbon action. Chapter Three: green finance, low-carbon economy under the framework of financial innovation. This chapter details the basic situation of green finance, focusing on analysis of financial innovation in an important green areas - carbon finance. Meanwhile prospect of green financial development prospects. Chapter 4: Development of green financial situation and problems faced. Expounded China's green financial situation, analysis of China's current problems as well as the development of green finance our faces enormous challenges. Chapter Five: green financial framework of China's commercial banks credit adjustments and innovative research. Through the Industrial Bank of green finance practice case studies to explain the development of green finance opportunities. In the green financial product innovation, focusing on analysis of green supply chain financing, supply chain financing to boost green green financial innovation, and analyzes the development of green financial innovation risks. Chapter VI: to promote the development of low-carbon economy macro-financial innovation policies. Recommendations of the financial system learn from advanced international experience, reform and innovation, and actively carry out carbon finance activities. And through the cultivation and development of the carbon market with Chinese characteristics and strive to make green finance to become a low carbon economy boosters. Chapter 7: Conclusions. This paper summarizes the lack of innovation and research, a clear direction of future research.
