Abstract


Because the currency is particularity, the risk to commercial banks is inherent, credit risk of commercial banks is one of the most important operation risk under all kinds of risk. With the ceaselessly development of market economy and gradually opening of financial market, the competition between banks is increasingly intensified, the size of the credit risk fundamentally determines the stability of the whole financial system or not. Accurate and effective management of credit risk is the key to the success or failure of commercial banks and is the important premise of the health and sustainable development of community economy. The problem of credit risk management has been taken more and more attention, commercial banks of our country urgently need to strengthen the management of credit risk, how to accurately recognize and assess the credit risk of bank, and carries on the effective prevention and management is very important.This paper takes SPDB as an example and studies the credit risk management problems of SPDB. First of all, this paper summarizes the theoretical ideas of the credit risk, credit risk management, credit risk management methods and measurement model, based on the analysis of the present situation of credit risk and credit risk management of SPDB, finding the current problems existing in the credit risk management, which determines the influence factors of credit risk management of SPDB, including government intervention and external supervision and other external factors, and risk perceptions and the internal rating system and other internal factors. In addition, on the basis of searching a large number of related literatures, the paper summarizes the credit risk management experience of advanced foreign commercial banks, providing the reference for the credit risk management of SPDB. Through the above analysis, the paper proposes the countermeasures enhancing the credit risk management of SPDB from building the credit risk management culture, optimizing the credit risk management processes, improving the credit risk management organization structure, cultivating high quality talents and improving the credit risk management. All these hope to provide references for enchancing the credit risk management of SPDB.
