Abstract


A long time, the idea is "Attention to the production, contempt circulation" of Xinjiang in the field ofagriculture is more serious, export-oriented agricultural products logistics is still in a relatively early stage,poor technical equipment of modern logistics, logistics distribution is not smooth, market informationconstruction behind. Especially export-oriented agricultural products logistics and agricultural productslogistics lagging behind, which severely restricted Xinjiang’s agricultural production and farmers’ income,occupation and influence of Xinjiang agricultural products on the international market. Therefore, weshould pay full attention to logistics construction of an export-oriented agricultural product in Xinjiang.Xinjiang’s export-oriented agricultural products logistics system evaluation selection by expertscoring method to determine the index weight, thereby establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel of export-oriented agricultural products logistics system in Xinjiang; followed by the completion ofthe model of the Yining County, export-oriented agricultural products logistics system development toestablish evaluation index system using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the calculation of theweights and the comprehensive evaluation of Yining County’s export-oriented agricultural productslogistics system; and try to build a framework of export-oriented agricultural products logistics hope thatthrough the introduction and promotion for Xinjiang export-oriented agricultural products logistics systemdevelopment, operational management and operating mode to achieve the intensification of the logisticsmanagement; logistics system transportation network platform through an export-oriented agriculturalproducts, export-oriented agricultural products logistics information platform, and professional humanresource services, platforms, to realize the scale of the logistics industry. Concluded suggestions andconclusions summed up with the construction and development of export-oriented agricultural logisticsproducts in Xinjiang.The innovation of the paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects：(1)Try to export-orientedagriculture in Xinjiang agricultural logistics system.(2) To complete the establishment of the Xinjiangevaluation of the system of export-oriented agricultural products logistics system.(3) Complete the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model of export-oriented agricultural products logistics system in YiningCounty.
