Abstract


In recent years, with the deepening of China's economic and financial system reform , China's banking industry usher in a new round of reform and development , the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce . Market competition in the final analysis is the talent competition , the banking industry attaches great importance to the investment , management and development of human capital , the gradual introduction of some of the state-of-the-art human resources management methods and tools , performance management approach has been more widely used . Bank of G provincial branch performance management system analysis, performance appraisal of senior management , for example , details on how to inspect and evaluate the work of the staff of the bank .
