In the current economic development of china, the small and medium enterprises is an important and active force, the resilience of the living environment, to show people their tenacious vitality, they are not only the prosperity of the market is the most active of the new force, and occupy the national economy half. Relative to the large state-owned enterprises, large multinational corporations, they are small-scale and poor strength, in a weak position in the market competition, spent the early days of difficult, not well thought out to decide the direction of its development in the process of continuous development and implementation established strategy, worked hard in the economic market, the chances of success are very small! Therefore, the formulation and select development strategies suited to their own characteristics and implementation is particularly important for SMEs.I selected Shenzhen S for the study. This is a professional production of silicone materials company and the success of China’s first self-developed large-scale production of injection molding liquid silicone rubber enterprise. In recent years, with the continuous development from growing to maturity, exposed some of the problems:the annual plan without effective implementation, the lack of effective means of implementation of the strategy and safeguard measures, in business activities, action plans, human resource planning, internal communication and process management is out of touch with the strategy. Through its strategic management and to develop effective strategies for programs to help the sustainable development of enterprises.In order to make this formation depth, objective and practical, using a survey method, observation, literature, theory with actual and qualitative and quantitative research methods. The complete study three aspects:The first is the application of performance excellence model S strategic management of the status quo diagnostic evaluation, including the strategic management of systemic and enterprise management status. Followed by analysis of the internal and external environment, including the application of PEST model corporate political, legal, economic, cultural, technical environment analysis; five forces model of the enterprise competitors, customers, suppliers, new entrants and substitutes analysis; identification of core competitiveness, production planning, marketing, human resources, technology, planning, communication ability; application SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The third is the development of the strategy, development of key measures, on the basis of the strategic analysis and strategic choice; evaluate and adjust the strategy and objectives of the company-level, and expand it to the various functional departments. Application of the Balanced Scorecard, strategic initiatives decomposition, and to develop a corporate-level strategic objectives, indicators in each sector strategies and action plans and measures around strategic objectives; finalize the performance monitoring program, reviewed quarterly, half-yearly, annual rolling adjustmentThe significance of this study lies in the implementation of the strategic management of the entire process, drive a comprehensive upgrade of enterprise management, to achieve "excellence" to lay the foundation, but also to other SMEs how to develop strategies reference.
