Abstract


Professional manager as an emerging social class, so far has been generated about thirty years, and still acting in the cusp, both to create brilliant achievements of great praise, nor the lack of criticism of the deviant being cast aside. September28,2010, the sensational country "control over the dispute", it is this class of professional managers will be pushed to the highest point of public opinion. China’s reform and opening up30years, a large number of private enterprises become a thing of the past three decades of trials, there are a large number of enterprises has withstood the test of the market economy to the development of today, more and more private enterprises continued to grow. However, most of Chinese private enterprises still follow the traditional family business, entrepreneurs in the enterprise helm; firmly grasp the ownership and operation of the enterprise. However, in highly developed market economy, the face of rapidly changing market environment and increasingly complex environment of business survival, from the traditional family business model to the modern enterprise system change is imperative. But in the process of restructuring is inevitable there will be various problems and contradictions.Professional managers is the product of the birth of the market economy, the driving force of development of market economy, has always been active in the forefront of social development, the role of the profession of social development is important. In the Chinese professional managers time is very short, it is accompanied by the establishment of market economies, with the first batch of entrepreneurs gradually withdraw and the impact of the modern enterprise management system for Chinese private enterprises, reform and development of a strong stimulus to accelerate the development and growth of the Chinese team of professional managers, however, along with its development have emerged. The current number of private enterprises, the mode of operation is basically a family business, and traditional Chinese culture-family culture, this awareness is ingrained in the Chinese public consciousness, the entrepreneurs hope that enterprises can have complete control over the entire enterprise development, to achieve complete control of the enterprises can affect, for any corporate control of internal and external forces will have a doubt, but the modern enterprise management system requirements of corporate ownership and control of separation, especially for some of the listed private enterprise entrepreneurs need the separation of a considerable portion of the right to establish and perfect the modern enterprise management system, which is bound to affect entrepreneurs, corporate control, it is inevitable that there will be contradictions and conflicts between the entrepreneur and manager both sides.As the socialist market economic system, continuous improvement and development, many private enterprises are enterprise system reform on the road constantly find their way, the "national struggle" is not a case, it is inevitable by the Chinese private enterprises in the conversion process concentrated expression of the contradictions, especially the strong color of this humanistic culture and social environment, the private enterprises in the face of the business impact of the modern enterprise system, in the conversion process, combined with China’s cultural characteristics, forming with Chinese characteristics of the modern enterprise management system, we have to concern. Professional managers as a human capital in the enterprise gradually improve, and as a system introduced to the enterprise, which led to the change of the entire enterprise property right system at the same time, human capital and as money-capital enterprises the founder of the contradiction between the increasingly sharp, many companies do not coordinate well between the two, and eventually bring the great enterprises of the damage. For the merits and demerits of both employers and employees, we can not some one-sided look.Of course, the contradiction between the entrepreneurs and professional managers in the private enterprises are many reasons, this article from the entrepreneurs, professional managers, enterprise system and the external environment, four sides, and combined with a strong Chinese cultural background of the market economy environment, the analysis of private enterprise, the introduction of professional managers of the existing problems and countermeasures. In this paper, is based on the country the United States last year,"control" of contention in this case, analysis of the positioning and role of professional managers at this stage of private enterprise, will be always around the country v. United States, as the center, from all levels of a comprehensive study of the cause of the problem, and a case to put forward measures to solve the problem, many scholars for research in this area is mainly based on some aspects of which, or a question of trust, or ethical issues, constraints and incentive problems, but this article from the four level and combination of the Chinese cultural background, a comprehensive analysis of the whole story of the case, resulting in an overall improvement of the problem, and this mainly in terms of mechanism and system, pointed out that the root causes of the above problems occur, in order to fundamentally solve the problem, combined with case throughout, reflects the timeliness and relevance of the article, and to tackle the root causes of the problem.
