With the development of global economic integration and the intensification of thedomestic market internationalization, the competitive environment become more and morecomplex to the enterprises, as to keep the high level of market competitive, the requirments ofpersonal quality to the leaders and employees also become more and more higher. A large ofempirical researches and practices also show that employees’ positive behaviors were closelyrelated to the management methods of their leaders’, and the management methods can alsoreflect leaders’ management style. Therefore, Authentic leadership is an very important sourceto create the organizational value, it also closely link to the individual’s psychology and theirbehaviors, it can help organizations to establish the competitive advantages and getsustainable development at the future.Also because of such reasons, the studies of Authentic leadership become the hot issue ofhuman resources management. use the relevant analysis, analysis of variance and multivariateregression analysis data analysis and successive approximation method, this paper discussesthe Authentic leadership, psychological capital, authorized atmosphere and innovativebehavior of the relationship between. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Authenticleadership has positive impact on psychological capital;(2) Authentic leadership has positiveimpact on innovative behavior;(3) psychological capital has positive impact on innovativebehavior;(4)psychological capital style has partial mediating effect on the relationshipbetween l Authentic leadership and innovative behavior;(5)psychological capital hasmoderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior.Based on the result of this sudy, we advanced several suggestions for enterprise’s humanresource management in nowadays.
