Abstract


In our country, the phenomenon of the weak salary incentive effect caused bystaff lack of work passion,low efficiency and high turnover rate of the core talents inprivate enterprises is very commen.It limits the expansion of business scale andefficiency. In order to let the private enterprise could avoid detours in the way ofadministration of the personnel incentive system.It is very necessary to research anddesign a set of scientific and effective salary sytem modes as soon as possible.The article researches and analysis of the related problems of the privateenterprises compensation system from the perspective of transaction costs.It researchesthe problem from the following three parts::Firstly,this part is including the first chapter.On the summary of the domestic andforeign research, we came to the conclusion that they make the studying from differentangles. The article also made the evalutions of the present results of the presentresearch.Secondly, this part is including the second,the third and the forth charpter.Basedon the related theories which are reviewed, while the passage studied the privateenterprises salary management of the present situation, and then analyzed the existingproblems and the economics property of the compensation system through themathematical analysis method.It put forward the ideal of researching the salary systemof private enterprise from the transaction cost perspective.The article researched andanalysed the transaction costs which produced in the process of salary managementfrom the basic theories of Theory of human capital&Princpal agent theory.And thenit refered to the conception of minimizing internal transaction costs to rationalize thesalary contract for improving the enterprise compensation efficiency in Chineseprivate enterprises.At the end of this part,the text infered to the formation of theinternal larbor market and the long-term evalution of the compensation contract are thekey manners to minimize the transaction costs in the process of the salary management.Finally, this part is including the fifth&sixth charpter.The fifth charpter throughthe investigation into studying a enterprise in Luoyang City,which major business ishome applicance sales.It tried to use the above conception of research to design a newsalary incentive mechanism scheme for it,and pointed out the advantages&disadvantages.The new salary system pattern could reduce the phenomenon ofnearsightedness behavior so as to achieve the aim of the mininization of thetransaction costs and the better beneficial for the company.The sixth charpter of thearticle made the relevant conclusions and pointed out the shortcomings.
