Management is a cultural phenomenon, the formation of any management intheir specific cultural background must be based on a management theory of ultimatesuccess is not entirely depends on the specific content and methods of their choice,but depends on the degree of integration with a particular cultural background to thiscontent and methods. At present, domestic efforts in the field of training more is, thecomparison has been training in practice, and through these comparisons to identifyChina’s enterprises lack in training, research focus is mostly confined to the existingtraining methods on the experience and descriptive level. Corporate staff training is amodule of the human resources management, natural in the use of specific trainingmethods also need to consider the specific cultural background. This article from anew perspective-cultural differences, will explore the applicability of Westerncompanies commonly used in staff training in China.In order to facilitate research, we select only the brainstorming, and expand thetraining method and role play as a typical Western corporate staff training; culturalanalysis of the training method is also based on the theories of Hofstede, mainlythrough the training method the present application, the impact of the training effectof the factors and principles are summarized, and to analyze the behavioralcharacteristics make the appropriate training. Finally, these behavioral characteristicsof the literature review mentioned Hofstede three cultural dimensions: individualism-collectivism, power distance and uncertainty avoidance typical degree of behavioralcharacteristics do comparative analysis, to find these behavioral characteristics of theculture behind the interpretation, resulting in effective implementation of appropriatetraining methods suitable for cultural identity.Appropriate culture and our cultural differences based on these three trainingmethods, this article will proceed from the cultural dimension where there aredifferences, to explore reform in the Chinese cultural context to the effectiveimplementation of the appropriate training methods.
