Abstract


With the rapid enrollment institutions of higher learning, classroom management of many aspects of university gradually revealed some unsatisfactory parts. I proceed from the perspective of conflict management, to analyze the status of university classroom, that the contemporary university classroom in the form of teaching, content, teacher attitude towards teaching and learning has problems, and causes the College Classroom now dead, it is difficult to play its due important role. Based on this, the author thinks that social, college, university teachers and students should be responsible for classroom management being not in place. The abnormal persistence, talent, evaluation system and the social dislocation, and the absence of appropriate incentives,lack of consciousness of students, are the important reasons in the abnormal development of classroom management college. I believe that the university classroom has its own characteristics, should be the essence of conflict management theory into the college classroom management, strengthening the university classroom management, to reverse the status of universities classroom management. Based on the above described, the paper proposed to improve the university classroom management, social should be changed harmony deformity, facing he devastating conflict and encouraging constructive conflict, give teachers and students in new roles.At the same time,the evaluation and incentives should be supported to help improving the status of the contemporary college classroom to achieve the proper value. the college classroom in higher education.
