Abstract


In today's rapid economic development , enterprises of various stakeholders in order to understand the enterprise 's operating results and financial condition, must be through the company's financial statements. However, the contents of the financial statements provided are highly concentrated , professional analysis methods must be applied on a careful analysis of corporate reporting , in order to understand the real situation of the enterprise . This paper describes the enterprise's financial position and business strategy between the relationship, and then the use of financial statement analysis method to analyze CCCSHJ financial statements of the company in recent years , come to the company 's financial position and five years after the company forecast financial data. Based on the predicted results and the company 's business strategy targets a comparative analysis of the deviation between the two results . According to analysis, even at the current growth rate constant, material costs, labor costs are the same circumstances , the most conservative estimates , will have 1.3 billion turnover gap, there will be 40 million shortfall amount of profit margin and production value a 3 % difference , profit growth of 9 % of the difference , the net asset growth with 1.03% of the difference . Analysis of the reasons for the deviation between the two : business strategy development is considered more quantity rather than quality ; does not consider production and management company in the presence of many of the risks ; did not follow the law of development of the company five years ago , did not find them problems . Finally, the company's business strategy proposed to improve the program .
