Abstract


Small or medium-sized enterprises play an important role in national economy, it not only enlivens the market economy of our country, but also have a positive effect on people’s livelihood.On the impact of financial crisis,most of small or medium-sized enterprises (MSE) had been severely damaged, on account of lacking awareness in the construction of small or medium-sized enterprises or referring to major company management mode at home and abroad.Therefore, it is of significance to study how to improve internal control, the survival factor which effects small and medium-sized enterprises in the environment of grim external situation.This research is helpful for management of internal control,also provide certain reference to the development of these enterprises.According to the technological process of general formula for capital which reveals capitalists exploit the hired workers and exploitative relationship, this paper firstly analyses the relevant theories of general formula for capital and internal control from the perspective of circulation process,combined with the new development of general formula for capital under socialist economy system in our country.moreover, this research analyses the feasibility of "G--W--G" improving the internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSE) in China.Secondly, this paper elaborates the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSE) in the national economy and analyses the exiting problems,finally, proposes the methods about how to improve the internal control of small or medium-sized enterprise and safeguard measures.
