Abstract


Project installation engineering is concerned with the rapid development of the information technology combined with the product. Project installation works includes: the project feasibility studies, site investigation, engineering construction, completion and acceptance. Engineering quality depends greatly on the quality control of the construction phase, the construction phase quality control project construction is the key link of the whole process of quality control, is the construction of the owners (supervision) of the control key.Taking the installation project quality control in construction stage for the research direction were systematically studied. Through the overseas project in construction phase of quality control methods for study and research.This combination of Tianjin subway rolling company video monitoring system installation as an example, the use of project management of quality management theory and knowledge of project in construction stage, how to control the quality of in-depth study. According to the engineering characteristics of quality management in construction process control research, combined with practical experience the author puts forward some own views and solutions and to share with everyone.
