Abstract


With the growth in customer demand for personalized , manufacturing companies hope to win through a range of large-scale production of the product market has become increasingly difficult , and thus become the manufacturing sector design based on single- piece and small batch production of customized mode production of an important development direction of manufacturing enterprises based on customer demand , rapid completion of product design and quote accurately and quickly to the rapid development of effective protection in the enterprise . This paper analyzes the of scraper conveyor products price and the nature and characteristics of the components of draw direct cost of hair analogy costs hair estimation methods introduced scraper conveyor costs, market price , and in accordance with different markets to take a different marketing strategy and product differentiation factors such as custom quotes . This paper established the scraper conveyor cost structure model , analyze the various parts of the modeling method , summed up product prices and quotation processes , developed a quick quotation system . The system Microsoft Windows family of operating systems , IIS for the operating environment , Microsoft SqlServer2000 as database software , ASP as a modeling language .
