Abstract


It goes without saying that the role of funds is important to enterprise development. With support of funds, business of the enterprise can be conducted orderly. Since enterprise cannot develop without funds, it requires corporate financing. Corporate Financing should give priority to internal funds, but due to the slow accumulation of the enterprises themselves, the numbers are relatively small and it’s usually hard to meet the needs of their own development. Therefore, it is important to obtain external financing for enterprises. Various financing theories and researches on financing modes come with it.This paper aims to study the financing problems for Shandong Shengbang Collinreal Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") --- a typical small and medium-sized enterprise --- in the process of development. Through analysis of the technology and its market situation, their development strategy should be identified and furthermore, the financing model can be defined. On the basis, the amount of the company’s financing needs and financial position thereafter will be analyzed; then, possible risks in enterprise finance will be clear and proposed preventive measures will be taken. If their funding problems facing the development can be solved through approved financing, the company will be able to take advantage of its strong technical force and make itself bigger and stronger and eventually turn into a large-scale listed company covering raw material produce, construction and technological research.
