Abstract


Based on the fact that entity economy of China is at a stage of transformation and upgrading, the article chose this theme and formed the approach of the research through the studying and reviewing of existing theory of Finance, and the relationship between financial mode and entity economy. After this, the article studied the mode choice in different phases of Industrialization in UK, Japan and US as sample, and came to some conclusion. According to these, the article developed the theoretical analysis between financial mode and entity economy from the aspect of the demand of entity economy to financial mode, and the function the latter one can provide. Furthermore, Hugh T.Patrick’s theory of "demand-following" and "supply-leading" is also introduced. With the application of the above analysis, the article came to the discuss of China’s reality. To deal with the inadaptability of financial mode and entity economy at present, the article suggest new method of financing the economy, and gave detail measures from institutional environment and function mechanism.The article came out with three conclusions. First, the financing mode changed with entity economy. From the studies of foreign practices, it won’t be hard to see that financing modes and their functions were changing with the uprising of economic development. Second,"demand-following" and "supply-leading" modes were tending to rely on each other. According to the research, it was really hard to tell the one strictly from the other in the development. Actually, these two acting together and form co-existents. We also found out the demand of economy is the basis of the innovation of financing mode. Third, the function of financing mode changes to meet the need of entity economy. With the development of economy and industrialization process, the changes in entity economy, such as revenues, environments, are demanding diversify modes of financing which help to promote development and optimization of the economy. And only when they are adapt to each other can it works.
