Abstract


Since1980s, the global manufacturing have been involved in the deadlock. Manufacturing enterprises gradually found that it was difficult to reduce cost, even if they strived for cutting down it by using different methods. Especially in the1990s, the entire cost of raw materials and energies increased gradually. Predictably, the general trend is more severe. On the contrary, the price and cost war are more fierce with the intense market competition. With the proposal of the supply chain theory and successful applications in advanced enterprises, more and more enterprises started to realize that it is impossible to stand up in the field without cooperation with other companies. Currently, the supply chain plays a crucial role in the competition. Depending on the delicacy management for the supply chain, enterprises will generate the huge economic profit.This work focuses on the Datang Telecom Technology&Industry Group, and thoroughly analyzes its current situation of development and supply chain management by using the relevant theoretical knowledge. In the meanwhile, this work analyzes the existed problems in details, figures out the essential reasons underneath, and provides the relevant solutions from the perspective of the group headquarters. Combing with its strategic development strategy and theoretical research in the twelfth five-year time period, this work makes its own development strategy for the supply chain to support the development of the group. Furthermore, this work strives for the transformation of the business sector through the transformation of the supply chain and the reduction of the total supply chain management cost through the centralized management, which will bring a profound influence on the development of its TD industry.
