Abstract


ABSTRACT：With the rapid development of mobile communication industry，"transformation" has become the main topic of communication industry and China’scommunication industry is brewing a major reform. On the one hand， threetraditional telecom operators are performing an upgrading from3G to4G， and thecomprehensive information services including information， information process，cloud storage， cloud computing， small payment， e-commence， APP applicationand group information system are instead of traditional service including voice andshort message. Three operators are making every attempt to create new growth pointsfor the development of the enterprise; on the other hand， internet companies andenterprises with various traditional communication service functions are encroachingon the maximum benefit of operators. The traditional businesses suffer great shock，and besides， network construction of new generation needs huge cost， while it stillneeds time to obtain the benefit. In such an environment， how do the operators keepthe ability of profit? How to adjust the structure of the enterprise， optimize theincome and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise? Thesetopics are the subjects which this thesis discusses. Only the operators find the balancepoint on expansion of new fields， investment of construction capital， control ofbusiness risk and market control to finish transformation can healthy and staledevelopment of China’s communications industry realize.
