Abstract


Staff satisfaction is the attitude and emotional experience of whether employees are satisfied with the actual value and the expected value at work. For current commercial health club of Yiwu, How to improve the staff satisfaction of the club has become the primary task of the Human Resource Management in club. It can not only retain excellent employees,ownning a high-quality workforce is an important guarantee of the modern commercial health club to gain competitive edge, but also lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the club. Therefore, the study of the staff satisfaction of the club can help club and staff carry out the double win. This paper takes the common staffs in commercial health club of Yiwu as researching object, aiming to explore the dimension and its impact of staff satisfaction. Adopt survey research to assess the staff satisfaction, then use mathematical statistics method to analyze the test data.Interviews and analytic results show that the overall staff satisfaction in commercial health club of Yiwu belongs to the lower level, and the scores of the degree dimension of satisfaction of the working compensation are lowest; the seven indicators have different influences on staff satisfaction There are four most important indicators that affect the staff satisfaction.; under different variables, obviously variations are found in staff satisfaction, and present a certain regularity. In order to analyze the existing problems and the causes of staff satisfaction in commercial health club of Yiwu, this paper proceeds from the four lower indicators, put forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide directional suggestions for club managers to improve the levels of staff satisfaction.
