Abstract


Operating performance of listed banks relates to the ROA, main business’s increasing rate of income, total assets growth rate and many other financial data.Classifing the complex financial data and obtained specific data about solvency, profitability, capacity development of listed banks has great significance for investors, regulators and operators.The thesis researched commercial bank and selected ten data as ROA and others from China’s16listed commercial banks in the2011financial report.Using factor analysis conducting Positive analysis.This thesis first introduced theories and methods of commercial bank performance assessment.Then learn from theoretical study and practical results of the performance evaluation of foreign enterprises and select the part of the financial indicators to build bank performance evaluation system.Using factor analysis to caculating composite score of performance of commercial banks.In the end,putting forward suggestion to improve their performance of commercial banks.
