Abstract


At present, our country rural economic system in the process of development appeared more problems, we need to constantly reforms in the, can better will be in the development of the "three rural issues". The rural financial development problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an important part of the problem, good the rural financial development level for the development of the rural economy and the improvement of farmers’income level with certain role, but the survey shows that, at present our country rural financial development, there are more questions, are far from not adapt to the needs of the development of the rural economy. For the rural financial development about academic research of most of the research results are in general for rural financial concern and research development, in particular, the system to a certain area as an example, therefore, this study in rural financial development of Chenzhou city, analyzes its in the process of development faces, and finally put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, hoping to providing the empirical basis in promoting rural economic development and improving farmers’income through the development of rural finance.Therefore, this research in the new rural construction as reality starting point, on the rural financial development Chenzhou as main body, financial development and economic growth for starting point theory by using the literature synthesis, induction and deduction analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, the rural financial system theoretical definition.
