Abstract


With the stable and rapid development of china economic, the level of enterprises management is. constantly improving. Competition among enterprises is increasing. Traditional financial information based on accounting cannot satisfy the requirements of enterprise development. At the same time, various stakeholders close financial relationship with the enterprise’s also need to learn more about the company’s financial information, so as to make reasonable decisions. This calls for all aspects of financial analysis of enterprises.In this article, I select the Shanxi San Wei group as a research object To the company’s financial reports and other financial indicators of as reflected in the financial and accounting information is based on the company’s financial position and operating results for analysis. Through data analysis of the financial statements of companies for five consecutive years of debt-servicing capacity, operational capacity, profitability and other indicators on the overall financial position of understanding. Also the use of DuPont financial analysis system of Shanxi group did a comprehensive financial analysis. Final adoption of the financial situation of the Shanxi San Wei problems and opportunities and challenges faced by the Shanxi San Wei from five recommendations for countermeasures: standardized operation, improve core competitiveness of enterprises; revenue, promote corporate flat management; and the introduction of human capital management, the establishment of effective talent incentive mechanism; establish distinctive corporate culture; energy saving and emission reduction, corporate social responsibility. Above measures is to an extent solving the existing problem of the company, later pointed out the direction for the company. The article is intended to help the problems of management, at the same time, it also has played an important role for scientific decision-making of relevant stakeholders.
