The professional knowledge, skills and knowledge innovation mastered by intellective workers are important resources for promoting enterprise’s development and winning competitive advantage. As the intellective workers are increasingly becoming the object of competition among enterprises, their market demand and mobility are becoming increasingly large. Currently, the turnover of domestic enterprise’s intellective workers is far higher than 15%, especially in some economy developed cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and so on. But in order to avoid causing significant harm, the enterprise should control intellective workers’turnover under 15%. In short, intellective workers’high turnover has become a large survivorship and development threats for many enterprises.Intellective workers are different from the ordinary workers, and they have a higher level of demand. In addition to the material rewards mentioned by labor contracts, they pay more attention to non-material’s incentives. With regard to this, firstly the thesis defines the concept of intellective workers, and expounds the intellective workers’characteristics, the loss of status and harm for corporate to emphasize that intellective workers shouldn’t be ignored in enterprise’s development. Then, by analyzing the questionnaire of intellective workers’psychological contract to understand the importance of various factors of intellective workers’psychological contract, and further the thesis analyzes the characteristics about psychological contract of intellective workers to identify which factors of psychological contract are concerned by intellective workers, it will provide the basis for finding the reasons about their loss. The thesis analyzes the reasons of intellective workers’outflow from three aspects respectively, such as developing contracts, relationship contracts and transaction contracts. Finally, in allusion to the unfavorable factors which result in the intellective workers emerging psychological contract’s contravention, we will put forward some strategies for controlling intellective workers’loss from three aspects as developing opportunities, environment support and material incentives to assist the enterprises in keeping intellective workers and limited their high outflow rate.
