Abstract


As one of the subsidiaries’of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), Anhui Electric Power Corporation is very large state-owned enterprise focusing on constructing and operating power network. It undertakes the mission of providing the safety, economic, clean and sustainable power supply for Anhui province. The development strategy of our corporation is to build a modernized corporation with "A Strong Grid, Excellent Assets, Excellent Services and Excellent Performance" During the period of the 12th Five-Year plan, it realized the strategic target of the modernized corporation. It has established "the strategic focus of constructing the strong smart grid need an informationizing management platform as a more safety and reliable support." The corporation’s management system is based on informationizing, it requires the function of business appliance more completed, integrated and cooperated. Pushing the deepen fusing between the informationizing and core work flow, the core work flow and the core resource. Realizing the sharing and utilizing of the information resources in larger scope. Make full use of the value of the information resources. We accelerated the construction of the information platform as a necessary support for our corporation realizing the strategic target.The paper is set in future development target of Anhui Electric Power Corporation, using related knowlegement of strategy management, researching the significance of informationizing strategy for supporting our corporation realizing the strategic target. After carefully analyzing the state of development in similar enterprises at home and abroad, the state-of-the-art, problems and situation of Anhui Electric Power Corporation’s informationizing, the guiding ideology, basic principles and developing goals of information in Anhui Electric Power Corporation has been developed. It proposed the strategic highlights of ten major business applications and integrated information platform and deepen the integration of the business applications. It mentioned about the specific content of enhancing business intelligence applications. It elaborated the action plan to realize the information strategic focus. At the end of the paper, it proposed the six security system of realizing the strategic target of the enterprise’s information development.The realization of the strategic objectives of Anhui Electric Power Corporation depends on the information support. The paper plays a positive role in enriching and improving the corporation’s overall strategy by researching on the information development strategic planning of Anhui Electric Power Corporation, we hope it can provide some guidance and assistance for our corporation’s information development during the 12th five-year.
