Abstract


The central area is an important part of regional tourism in yunnan province.Since the second venture of tourism has been carrying out, the tourism developmentof central region has made tremendous progress. In recent years, every city in thecentral area of yunnan made a lot of efforts for integration development. The paperthat taking this as an opportunity and the state of competition for the central areatourism as the breakthrough point, analysis the development situation in recent yearsand the future development trend, and then puts forward some effective marketingdevelopment countermeasures.This paper consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the starting point of the research, and then proposes the meanings,contents, technical route and research method, etc.The second chapter is the domestic and foreign research. It mainly discusses thedomestic and overseas scholars’ angle and methods on the regional tourism research.It also summarizes some domestic literature about the central area research, thendraws out the studying point for this paper.The third chapter is the introduction about the related theory and model. As thetourism industry involves all six aspects including food, housing, transportation,travel, shopping, entertainment of every industry, the development of theory guidancemay also cross multiple disciplines. This paper mainly involves coordination theory,competition-collaboration theory, using the BCG Matrix and location quotientanalysis method.The fourth chapter is the development of the central area regional tourism market.It chooses the tourism resources, the traffic environment, service facilities and marketdevelopment to make an introduction.The fifth chapter is the part of this paper. It uses the BCG Matrix and locationquotient analysis method to discuss the competitive state and industrial concentration for the central region tourist market in detail, and finds the existed problems in itsdevelopment which points out its later direction.The sixth chapter is mainly the future development countermeasures for thecentral regional tourism market. It studies from three aspects, tourism productdevelopment, brand construction and marketing, tourism external environmentconstruction.The seventh chapter is he conclusion of this paper. It illustrates the conclusionand existence deficiency, and looks forward the subsequent research.
