Abstract


The inevitable choice is the development of recycling economy of countries in environmental protection in the 21st century, also comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society in China to achieve new industrialization imperative.In order to achieve the maximization of resource usage, the minimum of waste discharging,circular economy is the advocacy model of the economic development in harmony with the natural environment.Micro-enterprises as the main economic activity is the implementation of circular economy and the implementation of the ultimate driving force of the main,in the circular economy occupy an important status of the whole basis of the social development of circular economy.Develop a recycling economy is inseparable from enterprise,circular economy of enterprise development as a whole determines the success or failure of the construction of circular economy.Therefore,there is very important theoretical and practical significance when study on circular economy development of enterprises.Wuxi is the city which has the huge population,resource-intensive and manufacturing enterprises is very developed.Due to the limited loading capacity of the local pollution,it facs a serious shortage of resources,inefficiency and environmental pollution problems during economic development.Therefore,the development of circular economy is the practical and strategic significance.It played a key role to improve the whole division economy.Firstly,Paper focused on the theoretical analysis of circular economy,introduced the circular economy at home and abroad for research developments and practical application. Secondly,this paper introduces the concept of circular economy and the theory of circular economy development model and principles of the relevant basic theory of circular economy are summarized.Including the cycle of economic theory, theory of sustainable development,cleaner production theory, manufacturing enterprises development of circular economy behavior theory,this as a theoretical basis for economy researching development of circular of manufacturing enterprises in Wuxi city.Based on the theory and practice, the paper analyzes the status and manufacturing development of circular economy in Wuxi manufacturing enterprises.And by view of the relevant academic research experience,built on the manufacturing enterprise evaluation index system of circular economy.Empirical research process to development of circular economy with manufacturing enterprises in Wuxi City,and compiling 2003-2007 of the circular economy indicator data,the related indicators of the qualitative description and normalized,and then manufacturing enterprises in Wuxi City,5-year cycle of economic development were general analysis,deeply study on the application situations of circular economy in the manufacturing enterprise.Finally,after empirical analysis with the development of circular economy of the manufacturing enterprises in Wuxi City.And combined with constraints analysis of the development of circular economy in Wuxi manufacturing enterprises.It put forward policy proposals which develop circular economy in the manufacturing enterprise.
