Abstract


With the economy globalization and the rapid development of small rechargeable battery,especially the rapid growth of Chinese company,the market of small rechargeable battery changed a lot,the situation that Japanese company dominate the market has been broken,the competition among different enterprises not only aim on high technical and quality product,but also on quality、cost、delivery、service and rapid respond to customer。This kind of QCDS comprehensive competition will decide the future of enterprise during this new competition。In order to solving this problem and new challenge bring by the economy globalization,enterprise must improve current production system , implement multi-objectives production planning system and improve roundly company QCDS comprehensive level。The paper is organized as follows:Firstly, we introduce the background of the research, including the overview of current status and problems of current research on the optimization of production planning, and we also introduce the basic content of production planning management and related factors about production planning of small rechargeable battery。Secondly, based on the actual production situation of small rechargeable battery , and considering the basic principle and characteristic,we introduce idea how to meet customer delivery demand、meet important customer delivery demand firstly、meet minimum inventory and minimum production change times synchronously during making production planning,introduce multi-objectives optimization method of production planning,and establish multi-objectives optimization model of small rechargeable battery production planning。Thirdly, according to multi-objectives optimization method of production planning,we design optimized main production planning and workshop production planning,establish optimization model of production planning of small rechargeable battery,and also introduce LINGO soft to calculate the multi-objectives model。 Finally, the multi-objectives optimization model is applied to a small rechargeable battery, and an optimal production planning is achieved. The result is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.The paper use the joint research method of theory and practice,and give the innovation method of production planning,so it is very useful for making production planning。
