Rapid economic growth in the market, competition is becoming increasinglyfierce, how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all walks of life havebecome the eternal theme, assessing issues related to the efficiency andeffectiveness has become one of the core strategic task organization. But intoday’s fast-changing society full of competition and cooperation, in all aspectsof social life contains both relational systems and subsystems, complex systemsto assess the relationship between the work of the organization has brought manychallenges. Finding the right tool models, one is to assess the scientific workersin the field of business. But it is undeniable cooperation plays an integral role inour daily lives, especially with the advent of computer, network, networkcommunication technology-based economy, it is the climax of global cooperation.This paper analyzes the cooperation between the various subsystems withinthe system analysis, system for the operation of the internal ring in circulationstate, unlike the salient features of the other system, analyze its single dynamiccycle phase, the establishment of a single-stage ring production processevaluation DEA model. Then, it was extended to the whole cycle, carried the ringDEA efficiency evaluation of production systems and the effectiveness of thisnetwork is given DEA decision unit. By analyzing the partnership betweendecision-making unit, the ring system DEA theory and cooperative game theory,the need to make an assessment of each decision making unit (DMU) as theplayers cooperative game, based on the rational assumption that defines thecharacteristics league game function, the ring system is proposed DEA modelbased on cooperative game, and select the Shapley value as a solution of themodel.
