Abstract


With the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization, economic development put forward higher requirements. Economic development needs of the development of man and society, man and nature and coordinated development, Human Development, and ecological development, economic development system is in transition, which requires out of a good economic, environmental pollution, high technology, human capital advantages give full play to the new road to industrialization. Economic growth lies not only in natural resources, capital investment, and that investment in human capital. Human capital is internalized gains in economic activity in the human beings of capacities, which include both the quantity and quality of human capital, it embodies one of the decision variables of economic growth. Investment growth perspective in the course of the study, from the point of view of investment in human capital, human capital contribution to economic growth. The article mainly through investment in education and health investments, the use of quantitative methods to explore the contribution of investment in education and health investment as the main form of investment in human capital for economic growth. Relatively high correlation coefficient fitting equation is formed through the use of the SPSS statistical software in data processing research premise assuming constant investment in fixed assets investment in education and health investment on economic development. Excluding the impact of non-related factors in the process of analyzing the specific impact factors, in accordance with the current development model, the relevant data are substituted into the fitting equation further predicts future economic development trends and variable factors in the process of economic development, and on this basis The analysis combined with specific data on regional economic development, optimize the structure of investment in human capital, to seek an effective policy to promote the sustainable development of the local economy. In the accelerating process of new industrialization, the overall trend of the development of the knowledge economy has grown rapidly, the importance of investment in human capital is more obvious. As the main factors of investment in human capital, investment in education and health investments need to be coordinated with investment in fixed assets constitute reasonable to increase the proportion of the entire economic output efficiency. First of all, increase education investment, the total economy to promote long-term sustainable growth. Increase investment in education to enhance the human capital stock of the whole community, to provide intellectual support for better acceptance of new technologies, converting productivity. Second, increased investment in health, improve the effective utilization of human resources in the community as a whole. The healthy increase in investment relative to extend the working life of the workers and the working efficiency, and further promote the output of the fruits of labor. Good health to the social and economic development to provide a large number of human resources, at the same time provides for the development of human resources for investment in education, both with each other to promote positive cycle. Effectively the anchor of economic growth on the human capital investment, to achieve sustainable economic development, but also further to achieve the correct choice of the industrialization process.
