With the fast economic growth and industrialization transformation of county economy in jilin province, how to realize the key period of county economy development of the whole province is already low carbon economy development of low carbon try to the role,This play a positive role to strengthen the low carbon consciousness, promote technological innovation and realize the adjustment of the energy structure adjustment .As the northeast old industrial basement, heavy industry leading industry development formed "polluting before management" economic growth path, all sorts of negative effect to the sustainable development of the effective propulsion. County economic development of Jilin province have obviously the "high carbon economy" feature,it has ",high discharge, high pollution, low efficiency, low output," energy consumption capitivation. According to the economic development of the followed low carbon energy efficiency optimization principle, low carbon technology oriented principle and the benefit of the public participation in principle, it combine the development of jilin province county technology flexibility and forest carbon advantage, Based on the development of county economy low carbon energy consumption structure and intensity reveal the current situation of the county carbon emissions to try first analysis,.With greater strength practice energy conservation and emission reduction policy, it can search for the commanding heights create good space for the future development of county.
