Abstract


The global climate problem, as the main characteristics of climate warming, has already become the biggest environmental challenges of the 21st century, and the key point to tackle global warming lies in how to control and constraint the energy consumption and carbon emissions.Compared with other developing countries, our country has made great development in low carbon technology innovation.however, compared with UN, America, Japan and other developed economies, China’s low carbon technology innovation still has a large gap. Technology transfer is an important means of access to technology source. Low carbon technology transfer technique innovation achievements not only help to promote diffusion, also can improve the second low carbon technologies innovation possibilities. But our low carbon technological innovation achievement of generating mechanism and diffusion mechanism are still not perfect in China, which seriously restrict the development of low carbon technology innovation. Therefore, this paper proposes research based on technology transfer of China’s low carbon technological innovation mode, aims to study how to through technology transfer enhance China’s low carbon technology innovation level, China’s low carbon technology development for advice.this research mainly divides into three parts. The first part of main research in technology transfer and low carbon technological innovation mode relations. This section first define the dissertation research related concepts, then analyzes different technology transfer mode to our country low carbon technological innovation mode, finally analyzes the influence of low carbon technological innovation mode of low carbon technology transfer effect. The second part is the core part of this study, the main research based on technology transfer of China’s low carbon independent technological innovation mode based on technology transfer and our low carbon technologies imitation innovation mode, this part based on technology transfer is firstly analyzed our low carbon independent technological innovation mode. Independent innovation in studies in different patterns in the technology transfer and low carbon independent technological innovation in China, on the basis of key domain analysis of China’s low carbon independent technological innovation mode, and the realization of our research path of low carbon independent technological innovation mode and the first-mover advantages.Then show the analysis of based on technology transfer in low carbon technologies imitation innovation mode. In China’s low carbon technologies imitation innovation mode based on the technology transfer, low carbon technology in the imitation innovation mode, and analyzes the operating mechanism in low carbon technologies imitation innovation mode advantage of backwardness. In the third part of the main research perfect our country’s low carbon technological innovation mode countermeasures. This section first summarized the international low carbon technological innovation mode, then combines the advanced experience of international experience puts forward low carbon technological innovation mode improvement Suggestions.
