Abstract


With the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base of the continuous implementation of the Platform for Jilin Province in recent years has developed rapidly into a comprehensive accelerated phase , but the economic development of Jilin Province , the same as the old industrial bases in northeast Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province, there is a certain gap , research the rapid development of industry in Jilin Province has also become a hot issue . Industrial transfer is one of the most effective ways for the development of industrial , Jilin Province, especially the automotive industry, chemical industry and agro-industrial three traditional industries , the economic growth in Jilin Province have made great contributions to the industrial base of a certain size . Research Jilin Province to undertake industrial transfer capability studies, mainly from the point of view of the industrial base in Jilin Province with do not have the conditions to attract advanced industrial technology , and how to create a favorable investment environment for the formation of industrial clusters of competitive industries , driven by the rapid economic development of the entire region . This paper first describes the Jilin Province to undertake international industrial transfer, the background and economic foundation , and then based on the data summarized in Jilin Province, the introduction of investment in the status quo and expand the capacity of the space , and then use industrial gradient coefficient comparison study to clear major industry in Jilin Province in the same industry gradient position , according to data combined Jilin Province itself , the automotive industry , chemical industry and agro-industrial SWOT analysis of these three key industries to attract industrial transfer the ability to conduct research on how to improve the ability to give suggestions .
