Abstract

Graphene becomes a hot focus in the scientific community due to its two-dimensional structure. However, the compatibility of graphene and other polymer is very poor, because of the structre of graphene does not contain any polar group. So fictionalization of graphene is the common method to solving the compatibility problems of grapehene. In this paper, compound and fictionalization of granphene were studied.1. Study on PANI/GO and PANI/TrG composites by in-situ polymerizationPAN1/GO composites and PANI/TrG composites were produced by in-situ polymerization and HC1as doping acid. In order to obtain high conductivity PANI, we use hydrochloric acid as the dopaing acid. At same time, we added steric stabilizer (polyvinylpyrrolidone) into the reaction mixture to obtain PANI have uniform size and regular morphology. Graphene oxide (GO) and graphene (TrG) as the deposition substrate to perpetrated PAI/GO composites and PANI/TrG composites. In-situ polymerization method is simple and has practical value. Moreover, using the similar structure materials as substrate of PANI is beneficial to research polymerization mechanism of PANI, and provide the reliable basis for theoretical research. Moreover, comparing polymerization reaction and morphology of GO/PANI and TrG/PANI, we research PANI polymerization mechanism of different polarity of the substrate.2. Preliminary exploration of polyisoprene-functional grapheneIn this paper, we proposed a new way to functioned graphene. Polyisoprene molecular chain graft from graphene surface by using oxygen-containing group of GO to supported catalyst. Graphene partial reduced in the load catalyst reaction. There are two characteristics of this method, one is the interaction between rubber and graphene come from the chemical bond, and graphene easy uniformly dispersed in the rubber because of the compatibility between rubber and graphene is improved. The other is this functioned graphene can applied to the rubber mechanical blending process. This method breaks the conventional physical blend of rubber and filler, and resolved the dispersion problem of graphene in rubber. This method provides a new idea of graphene pomposities, broaden the application of graphene and improve graphene processing has far-reaching significance.
