Abstract

With the development of society, the chemical industry plays an indispensablerole in the national economy. Because modern chemical industry has resulted seriousenvironmental pollution, more and more chemists focused attention on “greenchemistry”. The ultimately goal of green chemistry is eliminate pollution fromfountainhead, that is mean control pollution from fountainhead and eliminatepollution eventually, meanwhile achieve100%Atom economy. In modern industrialcatalysis, green chemistry concept mainly contain two parts: on the one hand, wecan greatly improve the service life of the catalyst by immobilizing the homogeneouscatalysts on the supporter. At the same time, we can overcome the separationproblems of traditional homogeneous catalysts and the product. We also decreasethe pollution that may bring by some homogeneous catalysts. In this way, we notonly improved the efficiency, but also reduced the pollution; On the other hand, using the environmentally friendly solvents such as water not only protect theenvironment, but also reduce the consumption. In modern industrial catalysis, one of the most important concept of greenchemistry is how to select efficient heterogeneous support to build efficientheterogeneous catalysts. As we all know, previous researchers have studied a lot ofheterogeneous catalyst, and developed a variety of supporter such as SBA-15,MCM-41, carbon nanotube, activated carbon and so on. Although these supporterhas got very good results, there are still exist many questions such as mass transfer, dispersion and so on. Recently, graphene oxide is know as a prefect supporter tobuild effective heterogeneous catalyst because of graphene-like material has manyadvantages to build effective heterogeneous catalyst such as high specific surfacearea, easy to disperse, easy to functionalization and high stability. In past three year, my work is choose graphene oxide as a supporter to buildeffective heterogeneous catalyst. I successfully synthesized multifunctional catalystthat graphene oxide is the supporter, and this catalyst showed good activity in aseries of organic reaction. In this thesis, I had studied the activity of the catalyst and the relationship between structure and activity through a series of characterizationand experiment. The thesis is divided into the following three parts:1. I successfully get the acid-base catalyst (NH2-GO) through grafting the basicfunctional groups on the surface of graphene oxide. In this part of work, Isuccessfully utilize the acid active sites and the basic functional groups that I graft onthe surface of graphene oxide to catalyzed the acid-base cascade reaction and thecatalytic activity of the catalyst do not significantly reduced after reuse5times.2. In this part of work, I successfully utilize the catalyst (NH2-GO) to catalyzed aseries of organic synthesis reaction. I suppose that the acid active sites and the basicfunctional groups play a synergistic catalytic role in the reaction, and testify thesynergy of catalytic reaction mechanism by experiment. At the same time I also hopethe special morphology of the graphene oxide supporter will have a increase activityfor the reaction. The catalyst activity do not obvious decreased after reuse5times.3.I successfully immobilized the quinidine and quinidine derivatives on thesurface of graphene oxide through the Click chemistry to build the chiralheterogeneous catalyst. Then I successfully applied the catalyst to a series of chiralorganic synthetic reaction, and I can obtained the same yield and Ee values ofhomogeneous catalyst.
