Abstract

Mesoporous molecular sieves with a high specific surface area and pore structure of rules and easy to adjust , good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability , the surface is easily modified , etc. , and have great potential applications in the field of catalytic chemical adsorption separation . In this thesis, SBA-15 as a carrier the synthesized M/SBA-15 (Cu, Cr , Fe ) and M-Al/SBA-15 (Cu , Cr , Fe ) , in a fixed bed micro- reactor examined for their in CO or C3H6 as reductant the deNOx performance . And X - ray diffraction , N2 adsorption-desorption , transmission electron microscopy (TEM), temperature programmed reduction , X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy , Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy , 27Al magic angle spinning solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum its characterization results show that : SBA-15 loaded metal molecular sieve remains highly ordered two-dimensional hexagonal mesoporous structure , specific surface area , pore size decreased slightly catalyst surface elements are ionic state species exist , the load of the active metal component surface of SBA-15 than a high degree of dispersion ; CO as reducing agent , the deNOx activity M-Al/SBA-15 ( Cu , Cr , Fe ) is higher than the M/SBA-15 (Cu, Cr, Fe), and its catalytic activity in the order Cr system gt ; Cu gt; Fe lines . C3H6 as a reductant , the Al introduced in the skeleton , such that the catalyst activity of the Cu-based enhancement, and Cr-based , and Fe-based mutual coverage of the active material , the activity is greatly reduced .
