Fixed bed isothermal integral reactor to a single factor test effects of temperature , liquid phase airspeed and benzene with propylene molar ratio of the alkylation of benzene with propylene liquid phase synthesis of cumene reaction , based on orthogonal experimental design, comprehensive survey of the combined effect of temperature , liquid phase airspeed and benzene with propylene molar ratio of the the selective alkylation products and product distribution . The results showed that used in the experiments with good catalytic activity and selectivity in alkylation of benzene with propylene liquid phase cumene YSBH-4 zeolite ; relatively suitable alkylation conditions of temperature 175 ℃, the amount of substance of benzene with propylene ratio of 7:1, and a liquid phase space velocity of 30h- 1 . Under these conditions, the propylene conversion rate was 100% , the product cumene, n-propylbenzene , diisopropylbenzene and triisopropylbenzene selective 82.36%, 0.043%, 16.52% and 1.10% , respectively . Alkylation of benzene with propylene YSBH-4 zeolite catalyst liquid at 165 ° C to -190 ° C and 3.0 MPa , benzene and propylene molar ratio of 5-8 and eliminate the influence of external diffusion conditions macro dynamics experimental studies , the establishment of the power function YSBH-4 zeolite catalyst macro - dynamic model , experimental data search Simplex optimization method , optimization , to determine the corresponding kinetic model parameters . The statistical tests and residual distribution analysis showed that the macro - dynamics model established good agreement with the experimental results , it is appropriate and credible .
