Abstract
Today, large rotating machineries have a large number of applications by the fossil industry in our country (at present). The flue gas turbine is not only the key equipment of the refining enterprise, but also the very important energy-saving equipment. The operational conditions of the units are of great significance to ensure the equipments normal smooth operating and energy saving. However, due to the complexity structure, bad operation environment, the flue gas turbine is one of the highest fault probabilities in the refinery in the current. The safe operation of the equipment is the lifeblood and basis of safety work in enterprise. Meanwhile the equipment maintenance has become an important means to ensure the safety works of equipment. Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) international commonly used now, according to equipment reliability state, is a systems engineering method which is used to make sure the predictive maintenance for the equipments and optimize maintenance mechanism. RCM technology is the major maintenance method to realize the long cycle and the safe operation in the refining industry, which can improve outstandingly the management level of enterprise equipment. RCM is not only applying to the static equipment, but also apply to move equipment. Because of the broad application of the RCM, therefore, this paper is mainly to apply RCM analysis to each part of the flue gas turbine, realizing safety, high efficiency, long running, at the same time, it could reduce maintenance costs. Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and the maintenance management of the flue gas turbine are combined tightly based on the analysis of RCM process in this topic.The function of each component of the flue gas turbine is accurately grasped by this article, in order to grasp fault model and fault cause of all parts, therefore, the flue gas turbine is analyzed comprehensively, getting a complete maintenance plan, so as to achieve the purpose of optimized maintenance.Fault Tree Analysis, abbreviation FTA, is a kind of easiest and most effective method to analyze reliability and safety, predict and design for complex system.In this article, FTA for the flue gas turbine and the bear one of the key parts is structured., which is useful for analyzing the important degree of basic events, it can help us to grasp the weak links in the machine, so we can monitor and find the fault in time, and then make the corresponding maintenance strategy, which is benefit to the long period running of flue gas turbine.
